Return of goods - general rules
The Promin online store operates in accordance with Ukrainian legislation on the protection of consumer rights. All our products meet the requirements of regulatory documents guaranteeing product quality (GOST and DSTU) and have a safety certificate (sanitary and hygienic conclusions). Before sending the order to the Customer, we carefully check the product, pack it and insure it during transportation. If for some reason the item did not suit you, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days from the moment of purchase.
Return policy:
- To prepare the item for return - pack the product in the branded Promin package in which the item was packed at the time of purchase
- Attach the completed return form
- Contact our call center and inform the manager about the actual return of the product
The product is returned in case
- if it has not been used
- if its commercial form is preserved
- if its consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved
- upon presentation of the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods
- if the product does not belong to the list of non-returnable products
- in case of exchange or return of goods of proper quality purchased in the online store, the buyer pays for transport services
Methods of returning goods
The product can be returned if less than 14 days have passed since the previous purchase.
The goods can be sent to the warehouse of Nova Poshta
Refunds to the Customer for the goods are made within 30 banking days from the day we receive the goods by crediting the funds to the bank account that you specified in the return form.
